1. Service and seller

Aviation LPE is the brand used by Amadei Edoardo, Italian VAT number 18050701004, established at Piazza Don Aldo Zamponi 4, 00040 Ardea (RM), Italia. For information, assistance, complaints, appointment changes or withdrawal, contact info@aviationlpe.eu or telephone +393337366416.

The website allows you to enquire about and book an online aviation English assessment. Your summary identifies the service selected: assessment up to ICAO Level 6, or Level 4 only, which cannot award Levels 5 or 6. A booking covers one exam, with no subscription or automatic renewal.

Your result depends on the proficiency you demonstrate; neither a pass nor a particular level is guaranteed. Purchasing a preparation course is not compulsory. The certificate and any licence endorsement follow the examination organisation’s and competent authority’s procedures: payment does not guarantee automatic or immediate endorsement or acceptance for every licence or country. Before booking, check whether the exam suits your circumstances; consult the organisation’s list of countries and authorities and contact us if unsure.

2. Prices and referrals

The final candidate price is €189 for assessment up to Level 6 and €159 for Level 4 only, including applicable taxes. We do not add a PayPal payment surcharge. Authority procedures or licence fees, preparation courses, exam retakes and services not identified in the booking are excluded.

A new candidate using a valid referral code receives €10 off their first exam: €179 or €149. The code is optional, cannot be your own and cannot be combined with other discounts. Validity and eligibility are checked before payment. The system uses the email address to check first-exam eligibility; using different addresses to circumvent the limit is not permitted. If there is a problem, contact us before paying.

A personal code is generated after a booking with verified payment and may be shared without giving the friend’s personal data to this website. The inviter receives no commission, cash or refund; the benefit goes to the new candidate. The friend’s exam result is not disclosed to the referrer. Codes may be suspended for abuse or payments under review, without retrospectively changing a discount already correctly applied.

3. How a booking is made

Select the exam, date and time, enter your contact details, read these terms and check the summary. You can go back and correct details before paying. Italian and English are available. Paying through PayPal places an obligation to pay the displayed amount; the order is confirmed only after the server verifies payment and availability.

Selecting a time or sending an enquiry alone does not confirm a booking. A slot may be held temporarily during checkout; the hold expires if payment is not completed. If payment needs review or arrives after the hold expires, do not consider the exam confirmed until you receive confirmation. Check the status with us before paying again. If the appointment cannot be provided, we will agree an alternative or refund the payment received.

Your English confirmation email includes the exam, date, time, total, reference, an .ics calendar file and a copy of the accepted terms. Bookings and relevant correspondence are retained by the seller under the privacy notice; you can request a copy by email. Check your email address and spam folder.

4. Before and during the exam

You must complete registration on the examination platform before the appointment, using accurate details and your name as shown on your identity document. If registration is incomplete, the exam cannot take place. The registration link is different from the session joining link, which Edoardo sends separately.

Website availability is shown in Rome time, Europe/Rome, including seasonal clock changes. The attached calendar may convert the appointment into your device’s time zone. The exam lasts up to 30 minutes. The reserved time is shown in your booking; previously agreed appointments keep their scheduled times.

You need a stable connection, a device compatible with the platform, working microphone and camera, a quiet environment and anything else specified in your session instructions. Follow the organisation’s identification and exam integrity rules. For particular requirements, enquire before booking. Report access difficulties as soon as possible.

5. Rescheduling, cancellation and technical issues

You may reschedule at no additional cost by emailing your request at least 24 hours before the appointment starts, quoting your booking reference. The time the request is received is used; appointment times refer to Europe/Rome. The new date is subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing. With less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend, free rescheduling is not guaranteed. Any amount retained must be justified by the service actually performed and the loss incurred, within the limits permitted by law and without disproportionately high penalties. Outside statutory entitlements, no contractual refund is offered for a simple change of mind. This commercial policy does not exclude or restrict the right of withdrawal described below or other mandatory rights.

If the seller cannot provide the agreed session, you will be offered another appointment or a full refund for the service not performed. Lateness, absence, incomplete registration and technical difficulties are assessed according to the circumstances: these terms do not provide for automatic loss of all rights. Any financial consequences must comply with the law, the service actually provided and what is agreed with you.

6. Consumer right of withdrawal

If you purchase as a consumer, you may withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason. Sending your declaration before the deadline is sufficient. You may use the website’s Withdraw from the contract function or send an unequivocal declaration to info@aviationlpe.eu or the seller’s address above. An account and a particular form are not required.

The online function asks for your name, information identifying the contract and an address for the receipt. After you select “Confirm withdrawal”, an email confirms the declaration’s content, date and time. Keep that receipt. The following model is optional:

Where reimbursement is due following withdrawal, it is made within 14 days of receiving the declaration, using the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without resulting fees for you.

If you choose an appointment before the 14-day period expires, you will be separately asked expressly to request early performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost only after the service has been fully performed, under the conditions required by law. Booking or paying alone does not remove this right. If you withdraw after requesting early performance but before completion, only a proportionate amount for what has actually been supplied may be due in the cases provided for by the Italian Consumer Code. If you do not want early performance, select an appointment after the withdrawal period.

These withdrawal provisions apply to consumers acting outside their business or profession. Other applicable mandatory rights remain unaffected.

7. Assistance, liability and disputes

For a complaint, email info@aviationlpe.eu with your booking reference and a description of the problem. We will seek a solution based on the facts and applicable protections. These terms do not limit liability where this is prohibited or exclude mandatory consumer rights.

Italian law applies without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that may apply in their country of habitual residence. Consumer jurisdiction is determined by the rules protecting the consumer; no different exclusive court is imposed. Competent alternative dispute resolution bodies may be used where available and applicable, without giving up access to the courts.

8. Privacy, testing and version

Personal data processing is explained in the website’s privacy notice. Service emails do not subscribe you to marketing communications.

The private area marked TEST is for administrator testing: amounts and the email recipient follow the test configuration. PayPal Sandbox payments are simulated and referrals can be tested using dedicated LPE-T- codes, kept separate from real codes. PayPal Live charges are real and referrals are disabled for reduced-amount Live tests. Technical tests do not entitle anyone to take an exam. Closing a paid test in the dashboard releases the slot and allows the discount to be tested again; it preserves the history and does not automatically refund the payment. Website emails are redirected to the configured test mailbox; emails sent directly by PayPal follow the relevant account settings.

The version accepted when booking applies, as identified above and retained with the confirmation. Later amendments do not apply retrospectively to concluded bookings.
